Baked Chicken Thighs Sausage & Lamb

Ingredients
  • 4 Skinless Chicken Thigh Fillets
  • 6 Chicken Italian Sausage (hot and/or sweet)
  • 2 Lamb Chops
  • 4 Medium Yellow Onion, quartered
  • 1/2 cup Dry Vermouth or White Wine
  • McCormick Grill Mates MONTREAL CHICKEN seasoning, or
    • Garlic Salt
    • Italian Seasoning
    • Coarse Ground Black Pepper
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Preparation
  • Preheat oven to 400°F
  • Brush bottom of baking dish with Olive Oil
  • Arrange Chicken, Sausage and Onions in baking dish
  • Sprinkle your Seasonings on Chicken, Sausage and Onions
  • Pour Dry Vermouth into baking dish
  • Place Lamb Chops on top
  • Bake covered for 1 1/2 hours
  • Remove cover and continue to bake until Chicken is browned (15 to 30 minutes longer)
  • Serve
